Dr. Lehr kept your comfort in mind during every step of designing and planning Harvest Dental. She wanted to make sure that you not only received great dental care but also experienced outstanding customer service and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything we do is for you!
Blankets & Pillows
We know that we feel the most comfortable when we are at home on the couch with a pillow and blanket. We want to provide some of the comforts of home at Harvest Dental, so we have pillows and blankets in all of our treatment rooms. This is your time to relax and let us do all the work.
All of our rooms have TVs in them so you can watch a wide range of TV on DVD, movies, or you can just flip through the channels. And for our younger patients, we have cartoons and kid-friendly programming.
Warm Scented Towels
To help you feel re-energized after your dental treatment, we offer you a warm scented towel. The warm towel and aromatherapy will perk you up and put you in a great mood.
We know that you can’t always find childcare for your little ones during your scheduled dental appointment. No worries! We have a fun and entertaining play area where your child can play video games, read books, or play with an assortment of toys. If you are bringing your child in for his or her dental visit, come a bit early so your child can hang out and play before treatment. And after their treatment, they will be rewarded with a surprise from our treasure chest of prizes!
WiFi and Internet Station
We know that your life is busy and that for many people, your job doesn’t allow you to go off the “grid.” At Harvest Dental, we have computers you can use to surf the net and check emails. If you have a smartphone or tablet, feel free to sign onto our WiFi connection and stay connected from anywhere in the Ephrata dental office.
Stay hydrated with a bottle of water or get a little pick-me-up with a cup of coffee. You can even take a drink for the road!
